Recruiting Concept for HORIBA
In order to attract young people to a company today, new approaches to employee recruitment are needed.
For HORIBA, a global specialist for automotive test systems, DIE NEUDENKER® has developed a cross-media recruiting campaign that focuses on the applicant and their requirements.
From strategic consulting to recruiting success formula
What is important for career starters? What moves and inspires them and how do they want to work in the future? With our target group analysis we have created the basis for a new employer branding.
The new recruiting concept was launched at the "meet@h_da" career fair of the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. The core message 'Are You Ready? Your Engineering will Shape the Future' addresses students and university graduates and signals HORIBA is looking for people with creative, forward-looking ideas. Join us and actively shape the future - today.
We designed three campaign motifs in which the applicants are at the center, surrounded by the HORIBA theme world: mobility meets urbanity (Automotive Test Systems), measurement and process technology meets environmental protection (Process & Environmental), analysis and diagnostic technologies meet quality of life (Medical).
With short authentic texts and a fresh design, we complemented the motifs that can be found on all of the created Recruiting-Media (mobile exhibition stand, roll-up, brochures, employee recommendation card and the trade fair giveaway 'Durchstarthilfe', a high-energy nut snack).
In order to pick up the applicants digitally and find the perfect job, we have designed a interactive microsite, where the applicants can create their ideal job profile themselves. In addition, DIE NEUDENKER® have developed an advertising concept for public transportation to increase HORIBA's regional awareness.
