With its user-friendly facility management software :becosoft.immo, especially for commercial tenants, it simplifies complex real estate processes. It allows users to manage all processes centrally - from rental contracts and service charge invoicing to fault and deadline management. This strong product requires a strong website that clearly positions the brand and ensures greater visibility in the target sectors - which is why :becosoft brought us, the digital-first design agency DIE NEUDENKER®, on board.

It focuses on the software and its features - from the basic module and additional modules to interfaces and web platforms - in a clear and comprehensible way. A tidy interface and an intuitive editorial area with design-safe 'Dynamic Elements' from DIE NEUDENKER® make operation in the backend child's play. Multilingualism with automatic translation ensures reach beyond the German-speaking market. The web development architecture is designed in such a way that a protected login area can be seamlessly added in the future.
