Sending signals, receiving signals: DIE NEUDENKER® at the ESA Satellite Control Center - at the BVMW network meeting in Darmstadt

At a networking event of the BVMW (Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft), organized by Karsten Daugill, DIE NEUDENKER® landed on the grounds of the ESA Stallite Control Center in Darmstadt (Germany). Stephan - owner, managing director and experienced strategist - and Josephine - long-time communication designer with a good feeling for design trends - were a strong crew for the common mission: to make DIE NEUDENKER®, our agency for branding, web design and online marketing, known in this special sphere and to make new contacts with other earthlings (entrepreneurs).

The guided tour of the ESA took us "space tourists" to various stations that day. These included the legendary Ariane 5 launcher, which was developed on behalf of ESA and was in use from 1996 to 2023. The tour continued to the sister model of the JUICE space probe. This is on its way to Jupiter with its icy moons to land there in 2031. Under the icy crust of the moons there are probably oceans in which living organisms could even exist. The twin model of the Rosetta space probe with its exciting space mission, the exploration of the comet Churyumov-Gerasimenko, could also be marveled at. Finally, we ended up in the main control room for satellites.

Afterwards, the team met at the nearby Karlson restaurant in the former Fürstenbahnhof Darmstadt. The location provided the perfect space to exchange ideas and connect over Flazza (a modern form of pizza), non-alcoholic barley drinks and coffee. Although we didn't make contact with any aliens, we did network with other B2B entrepreneurs from the Rhine-Main region and beyond.
