Web Design for KompAKI, Competence Center for Work and Artificial Intelligence, Darmstadt (Germany)

The Competence Center for Work and Artificial Intelligence in Darmstadt (Germany) - KompAKI for short - is a platform where partners from science and practice meet to research and implement issues related to AI in the world of work.

The regional joint project of the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar metropolitan regions is funded by the BMBF (German Federal Ministry of Education and Research) and is made up of a total of eleven research partners – including the Technical University of Darmstadt (TU) and the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences (h_da).

The aim is to investigate the potential of new technologies for the world of work, exchange scientific findings and practical knowledge, and drive research forward. KompAKI aims to create market transparency and thus make "artificial intelligence" more approachable.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is technology of the future

The Institute for Work Science at the TU Darmstadt coordinated the project and commissioned DIE NEUDENKER®. We developed the corporate design and a striking logo. The plus in the 'K' visualizes the bringing together of AI and the working world, of research and practice – the central objective of KompAKI. Because artificial intelligence (AI) is future technology and crucial for the competitiveness of German companies.

The central instrument for networking and knowledge transfer is the website for KompAKI, individually designed by DIE NEUDENKER® and implemented in WordPress. It clearly presents AI project partners, AI research partners and associated partners such as research institutes, universities, trade associations and Hessian ministries. Companies planning to use AI can quickly find the right AI provider from the Rhine-Main region via the extensive company directory. Tagged by industries, such as telecommunications, mobility, healthcare, energy & environment, the filter function facilitates the search.

The event calendar offers various formats, such as expert lectures and workshops, for which interested users can register. The KompAKI newsletter can be subscribed to via the website and provides regular information about current KI events and news.

Use cases (application examples), pilot projects and successful collaborations will be published on the website blog in the future. Furthermore, training offers are to drive forward the qualification of companies for the use of AI.

The website was handed over to KompAKI ready for use (initially filled). Thanks to training of the editors by DIE NEUDENKER®, the KompAKI team can easily manage the WordPress website themselves in the future and fill it with new content. For the great cooperation and ease of use, there was a big praise from the client.

In KompAKI web design there are different headers to choose from

This is what KompAKI says about DIE NEUDENKER®.

We have hired Die Neudenker for the design of the project website kompaki.de on the part of the TU Darmstadt. The design turned out great, the self-administration of the website seems to be very easy. Die Neudenker always responded quickly to e-mails and gave us good advice on various specific topics. Gladly again!
