We are looking for a: Student Worker in 3D Motion Design / 3D Art – Someone who’s eager to turn ideas, sketches, and technical concepts into compelling visual stories. As an aspiring 3D Artist / 3D Motion Designer, you’ll work with us on product visualizations, explainer videos, and promotional films—from storyboarding and 3D animation to editing, sound, and voice-overs.

- Work arrangement: on-site at the agency; later, remote work may also be possible by arrangement
- Tools: e.g., Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro
- Hardware: MacBook Pro, Mac Studio Ultra, NVIDIA RTX A6000 workstation
Your tasks
- Work as part of a team to develop concepts and storyboards for explanatory videos and promotional films
- Translate ideas into quick sketches and detailed storyboards
- Making Products, Features, and Processes Visually Understandable
- Create, edit, and prepare 3D models for animation
- Creating 3D Animations
- Post-Production and Video Editing
- Sound design, researching music and sounds, and developing and integrating AI voice-overs
What You Bring to the Table
- Degree in Communication Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Media Conception & Production, Film Production, Visual FX & 3D Animation, or Design with a focus on 3D Modeling / 3D Animation
- Experience with Cinema 4D
- Experience in storyboarding
- A flair for product presentation and a realistic, modern aesthetic
- A keen sense of visuals, lighting, movement, composition, sound, and music
- Reliability, a willingness to learn, and excellent written and spoken German skills (language proficiency level: C1 or higher)
Nice to have
- Experience in video editing, e.g., with Premiere Pro
- Experience in 2D animation, such as with After Effects
